Field Director, Medical Science Liaisons - East Region US - Obesity and Related Conditions

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Location: Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional MSL team by providing strategic direction and oversight
• Coach and develop MSLs to enhance team performance and effectiveness
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for team engagement
• Identify training needs and develop plans for MSL team
• Ensure compliance with standards and administrative responsibilities
• Drive change management to achieve medical initiatives
• Collaborate with medical leadership to develop and execute Field Medical strategy

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of Medical Affairs experience
• Master's degree with 8 years of Medical Affairs experience
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Medical Affairs experience
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams

Preferred: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. degrees.

Pay

$223,527 – $302,418 annually
