You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.
Location: Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional MSL team by providing strategic direction and oversight
- Coach and develop MSLs to enhance team performance and effectiveness
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for team engagement
- Identify training needs and develop plans for MSL team
- Ensure compliance with standards and administrative responsibilities
- Drive change management to achieve medical initiatives
- Collaborate with medical leadership to develop and execute Field Medical strategy
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Master's degree with 8 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Medical Affairs experience
- 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
Preferred: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. degrees.

Pay
$223,527 – $302,418 annually
