Responsibilities
- Administering core samples process
- Collecting samples
- Testing in-place density on asphalt pavement
- Taking hot mix samples from behind a paver
- Willingness to work varying hours including nights and weekends
- Performing other manual tasks as assigned per supervisor
- Performing other construction-related duties as required
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Tolerate noise and temperature variations
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and stockpiles
- Able to operate a motor vehicle
