About the role

The Field Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field workers in executing various construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project timelines are met
• Train and mentor field crew members
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
