Responsibilities

• General home repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and trim work
• Drywall repair and painting
• Flooring repairs and installation
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Home safety and accessibility modifications
• Preventative maintenance services
• Building lasting relationships with customers through dependable, professional service

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with solid experience, though no one checks every box.

• Five or more years of paid handyman or home repair experience
• Skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
