Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
- Greet and assist guests, as needed.
- Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and clerical duties.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Access to an insured and reliable vehicle with active and current auto insurance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- HOST Trained is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis is required, even in inclement weather.

Pay
We offer weekly pay starting at $19.00–$19.50 per hour, based on experience.
