We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Consultant to join our Home Base Field team. This role is integral to the continued expansion and operational success of our home care organization nationwide. As a Field Consultant, you will provide hands-on support to Operating Directors in key areas including marketing strategies, client assessments, caregiver recruitment and development, and office team management. You will train, mentor, and drive performance while equipping Operating Directors with the tools and accountability needed to meet and exceed company goals. Your leadership will directly impact the growth and sustainability of our field operations.
Responsibilities
- Train Operating Directors on best practices in marketing, client assessments, caregiver hiring, and company metrics.
- Ensure office visits are structured, efficient, and solutions-driven.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to improve operational effectiveness and growth.
- Support Operating Directors as they increase their client base, referral source network, and caregiver employee pool.
- Participate in Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
- Maintain clear and effective communication before and after office visits with all team members.
- Attend and contribute to biweekly Operating Director Team Meetings and quarterly training sessions in Waco, TX.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and systems across all locations.
Travel Requirements
Travel is required across multiple regions to provide hands-on training and support to new and existing Operating Directors. Exceptional candidates who are unable to meet the travel requirement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn and train others on CRMs, phone systems, and scheduling software.
- Preferred experience in home care, hospice, home health, or senior living.
- Teachable, adaptable, and a fast learner.
