Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily construction activities by assisting with schedule coordination, site observations, documentation, and communication between contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project records, review field information for accuracy, and assist with project closeout documentation and reporting activities.
  • Participate in site safety and environmental inspections, report concerns or incidents, and help ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Aid in quality assurance activities including tracking drawing updates, reviewing contractor documentation, and supporting field inspections and testing activities.
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support using internal systems, reporting tools, and document management platforms.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience coordinating construction project
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, MS Project)
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to walk transmission ROWs and distribution lines in varied terrain
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Availability for moderate to extensive travel and overnight stays within the service area

Pay

Salary Range for Role $55,000 to $70,000 Compensation at PTAG varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
