Field Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections at TVA facilities to verify compliance with contract requirements, TVA policies, General Orders, and Post Orders.
• Evaluate security operations, staffing practices, training compliance, documentation, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency in policy application and operational execution across all assigned locations.
• Provide routine on-site oversight of security personnel and supervisory staff.
• Observe daily operations and assess compliance with security procedures and post requirements.
• Verify proper implementation of access control, patrol operations, incident response protocols, and reporting procedures.
• Support supervisory personnel with guidance, coaching, and operational best practices.
• Aid in operational readiness reviews and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following: Law enforcement, armed security operations, security compliance and auditing, military security operations, industrial or critical infrastructure security.
• Demonstrated experience conducting operational inspections, compliance evaluations, documentation reviews, policy and procedure assessments, corrective action monitoring.
• Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
