Field Clinical Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Field Clinical Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead a field-based clinical team supporting cardiac electrophysiology procedures across clinical sites in the United States. The manager will combine hands-on clinical expertise with coaching and operational leadership to strengthen team performance and support high-quality patient care. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure readiness, compliance, and effective field support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $230,000 annually Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists Develop and implement training programs to improve team proficiency Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching Provide clinical expertise during cardiac ablation procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies Stay current on industry trends and best practices Travel to clinical sites to support team activities and build relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 5+ years of experience leading Clinical Specialists in electrophysiology or as a field trainer Strong clinical knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products Excellent communication and leadership skills Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities Valid driver's license and ability to travel more than 50% Eligibility to work in the USA Benefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage effective Day 1 Work-day flexibility with 3 personal days per year Support for overall well-being for employees and dependents Enhanced maternity and adoptive leave benefits Coverage for fertility drug treatment Career progression and learning support Professional membership support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
