Field Chief Technology Officer - Modern Workplace

About the role

This executive-facing role serves as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders navigating workplace transformation and productivity improvement. The position shapes modern workplace strategy, helping define governance, operating models, and investment priorities that support long-term organizational performance. You will partner closely with CIOs and other executive stakeholders to translate strategic concepts into practical, KPI-driven action.

Location: Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to CIOs and IT leadership teams
• Facilitate discussions on workplace transformation and productivity
• Guide development of Modern Workplace strategies
• Establish governance frameworks for technology investments
• Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions
• Represent the organization at industry events and advisory councils
• Design KPI-driven operating models for workplace performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years in a customer-facing role
• 10+ years in operationalizing strategic concepts
• 10+ years of industry experience
• 10+ years in Data Center and IT Operations architecture
• 10+ years interfacing with executive committees at Fortune 1000 organizations

Pay

$250,000 – $350,000 annually
