Field Canvassing Representative

About the role

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to provide potential customers with expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, you will learn how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
• Customer-focused and results-oriented
• Professional demeanor and attire

Compensation and Benefits

• Industry-leading, no-cap compensation package (fast installs = quicker commission payouts)
