Field-Based Community Health Worker

Optum · Oklahoma City, OK · 1 mo ago
OTHR$20–$36/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs at start: "Optum is a global organization...". That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or "About Optum". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (soft skills?), Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (hourly range), Schedule (working schedule). Must ensure we only include sections if there is real specific content. Let's parse. Intro: "Optum is a global organization that delivers care, aided by technology to help millions of people live healthier lives. The work you do with our team will directly improve health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data and resources they need to feel their best. Here, you will find a culture guided by inclusion, talented peers, comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health optimization on a global scale. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Combine two of the fastest-growing fields on the planet with a culture of performance, collaboration and opportunity and this is what you get. Leading edge technology in an industry that's improving the lives of millions. Here, innovation isn't about another gadget, it's about making health care data available wherever and whenever people need it, safely and reliably. Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Field Based Community Health Worker (CHW) position will actively engage health plan members and clinical contacts to increase their engagement with and increase their utilization of their health plan benefits and offerings. The CHW is expected to serve as a field-based resource, meeting with members in direct outreach in their homes and communities and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner. Together, we're removing the barriers that keep people from receiving the kind of quality healthcare that makes a difference. We focus on Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation and Performance as we empower people to achieve better health and well-being." That's a good prose for About the role. Then "Working Schedule: This position is full time, 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00 pm Central Standard time. Occasionally may work outside these hours due to member's needs. The schedule will be determined by the manager upon hire. This position is a field-based position with a home-based office. You will work from home when not in the field. Location: Oklahoma City and surrounding communities in Oklahoma (Ability to rent a car if exceeding 100 miles per day) If you reside in Oklahoma, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges." That's schedule and location. We can put Schedule section with that content. Location maybe part of schedule or separate? Not required but could be included in Schedule or maybe omitted. The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. Location is specific; but we don't have a heading for Location in the list of allowed headings. Could fold into Schedule or maybe into About the role? Probably include in Schedule as part of schedule description. Then "Primary Responsibilities" list bullet points. We'll make Responsibilities section with

    • . Then "What Are The Reasons To Consider Working For UnitedHealth Group? Put It All Together - Competitive Base Pay, a Full And Comprehensive Benefit Program, Performance Rewards, And a Management Team Who Demonstrates Their Commitment To Your Success. Some Of Our Offerings Include Paid Time Off which you start to accrue with your first pay period plus 8 Paid HolidaysMedical Plan options along with participation in a Health Spending Account or a Health Saving accountDental, Vision, Life& AD&D Insurance along with Short-term disability and Long-Term Disability coverage401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementEmployee DiscountsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramVoluntary Benefits (pet insurance, legal insurance, LTC Insurance, etc.) You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in." That's Benefits section. We'll list benefits as
      • . Then "Required Qualifications" list bullet points. We'll make Requirements section (or Qualifications?). The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or combine? Better to separate: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Then Skills section for soft skills. Then "Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable." That's Pay section. We'll include that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

and content. We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. Let's craft:
