About the role
The Field Auto Adjuster is responsible for inspecting vehicles at dealerships to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for damage, wear, and compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Document findings and communicate with dealership staff
- Ensure all vehicles are ready for sale or service
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive inspection preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
