Field Auditor (Overnight)

Job Description

Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM’s Field Auditor you will conduct physical merchandise counts and audit exception reports to address errors. Perform spot audits on staff tagging to ensure accurate product receiving. Collaborate closely with departments like receiving, merchandising, accounts payable, NAS coordination, cycle auditing, and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Document item discrepancies, capture photos, enter audits into Traverse Vendor Compliance
• Check in NFM shipments
• Process add-on trailer books
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• 3 years of warehouse receiving experience required
• 3 years of office or administrative experience required
• Machine operation experience; or certification on a high-lift required within 30 days
• Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications required
• Ability to create and maintain accuracy reports
• Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
