About the role
The primary responsibility of this position is to receive customer calls registering product dissatisfaction or complaints. Documenting the product complaints in the Track Wise database, coordinate with customer to receive product back for evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must be multi task orientated, able to go from one task to another. Good phone skills, clear communication and good documentation skills, relaying info from a call to documentation.
- General knowledge of MS word, will train on in-house systems. Able to learn and catch on quickly.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED required
- One (1) year experience in a related area or equivalency
- Demonstrated human relations and communication skills
- Experience in Word Processing, spreadsheets, presentation and other software programs along with good telephone and letter composition skills
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior experience in a regulated industry and knowledge of medical terminology
Qualifications
- Hours are 8-5 Mon-Friday
- MS office skills must be reflected on resume; in comments or resume please include level of proficiency with MS office, especially with Excel. Must have at least 5 yrs with MS office exp. Some functions can be trained, however need to know what level candidate is at. Resumes must depict required exp, otherwise they will be rejected.
