Field Associate - Property Showings & Evaluations

About the role

The Field Associate role at Doorstead encompasses two primary functions: Showings and Property Evaluations. This is a contracted hourly position suitable for those with experience in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to show to prospective tenants and ensure the unit is prepped and accessible.
• Note any feedback from the prospect and lock up the unit after the appointment.
• Conduct property evaluations, noting any deficiencies in the property's physical condition.

Requirements

• A real estate license or property inspection certificate is required.
• Comfortable with commuting to properties.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
