Overview The Field Assistant provides support to the Construction Management (CM) team by assisting in providing field services on an as-needed basis inclusive but not limited to providing access control at the primary construction entrance at the project site, scanning badged employees in and out, and maintaining guest and visitor logs for delivery to the client in alignment with Parkhill’s standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Providing Access control at large construction site, and interacting with all visitors, delivery drivers, and onsite personnelScan in and Scan Outs of badged personnel throughout course of day maintaining professional demeanorMaintain accurate delivery and visitor logs daily following Parkhill’s QA/QC standardsAccurately communicate progress, field conditions, and issues to supervisorsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company insurance requirementsProficiency in reading construction drawings and schedules; working knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulationsValid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company insurance requirementsStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Benefits And Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
