About the role
Are you tired of the grind of hospitality? Do you have artistic ability you don't get to use in your current job? Come join a dynamic team, where you have flexibility, can express your creative side, and never have to show up at a stuffy office/bar/restaurant/hotel. We love working with hardworking and driven people from all walks of life that are creative to give them the tools to become a Field Artisan with our company.
Who We Are
We are Surface Experts, one of the nations fastest growing franchises. We do small surface repairs for apartment buildings, vacation rentals, hotels and more.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an artistic and talented team member to join our Field Artisan group in the greater Tampa market to service our growing customer base. The nature of the work requires that all of our staff pass a color blindness test as color matching is one of the more critical steps in our process. Our process does not require heavy lifting, but it is a hands-on technical yet artistic process where you can truly see the value of your work! We are in the business of making our clients look good!
What We Offer
We offer a very competitive base pay with bonus opportunity! Each Full Time Field Artisan is also eligible to receive company car after a 90-day probationary period.
Pay
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
