About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform field surveys using various instruments and techniques
• Prepare detailed topographic and boundary surveys
• Coordinate with clients and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and compliance
• Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to analyze and present data
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional surveying experience
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
