What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the application of lawn treatments and pest control.
- Learn the art and science of tree care, pruning, and removals.
- Auxiliary in landscape installation, plant maintenance, and the construction of high-quality hardscapes (patios, walkways, and retaining walls, decks, fences, etc…).
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting; perform essential service and repairs to existing irrigation setups.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interact with customers to provide world-class service and education on their landscapes.

This is a "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the green industry from the best in the business.
Pay
Compensation starting at $19.23 per hour with opportunity to grow.
Schedule
Hours vary based on project needs and may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Reliability.
- Excellent communication skills required to effectively collaborate and ensure efficiencies within a department.
- Physical Stamina: You enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and can handle physical labor. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and walk up to 3 miles a day.
- Growth Mindset: You want a career, not just a job.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required. Ability to obtain DOT certification.
Skills
Skills required include:
