Responsibilities

• Complete on‑parcel field review of property data via available resources to assure the quality of existing data and uniform treatment of properties within similar neighborhoods.
• Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing valuation parameters and valuation modeling for each assigned project.
• Interact professionally and tactfully with taxpayers during the informal hearing process, completing hearing forms and investigating discrepancies or inaccuracies reported by the taxpayer.
• Maintain positive relations with clients, the general public, and company personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn with on‑the‑job training
• Mass appraisal experience (a plus)
• Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee (a plus)
