Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering and management levels.
Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, design flows, and competitive challenges.
Deliver clear, compelling technical presentations showcasing Siemens EDA solutions and cross-platform value.
Lead technical aspects of sales campaigns, including evaluations, pilot projects, and value positioning.
Cook up cross-functional resources across Sales, Product, Support, and Services to ensure successful execution.
Drive product adoption by defining methodologies, optimizing workflows, and supporting deployments.
Translate technical outcomes into business value and provide input on solution configuration and licensing.
Support customers through deployment challenges and ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Mentor and train other Field Application Engineers and contribute to team enablement.
Maintain current expertise on Siemens EDA solutions, competitive technologies, and go-to-market strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of customer design flows and the ability to map Siemens EDA solutions to optimize those workflows.
Proficiency with EDA tools, methodologies, and design environments.
Experience extending or integrating tools through scripting, APIs, or environment configuration.
Able to articulate and position cross-platform and cross-portfolio solutions to address customer challenges.
Knowledge of competitive EDA environments and the ability to differentiate solutions based on technical value.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful evaluations and deployments.
