Field Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met during all field operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and complete digital reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Support to improve operational processes.
• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Use technology effectively, including smartphones and tablets; tool knowledge is a plus.
• Travel weekly throughout a designated region, with potential overnight travel required; hotel and company vehicle provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
