Responsibilities
- Visit key account customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on open quotes and assist in closing sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, PM agreements, upgrades, and facility solutions
- Aid customers with service concerns and help coordinate resolutions internally
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Operations Teams
- Represent Pro-Serv professionally at customer locations
- Help identify customer needs and communicate them internally
- Review customer concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain detailed notes and communication updates within company systems
- Support growth initiatives across all Pro-Serv divisions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills
- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience in commercial service industries is a plus
- Basic understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration, Cooking Equipment, or Facility Services preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
