Field Access Manager - Jacksonville, FL

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient access by navigating reimbursement challenges for patients and providers
• Deliver tailored education on reimbursement processes to key healthcare accounts
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare organizations to resolve access issues
• Enhance team capabilities with education and support on complex reimbursement scenarios
• Stay informed on healthcare policies and reimbursement trends to anticipate challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales or medical affairs
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and practice management environment
• Ability to develop and execute account-based strategies for access outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in account management and relationship development
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet evolving needs

Pay

$152,000 – $209,000 annually
