About the role

Holland & Hart's Private Client Group is seeking a mid- to senior level attorney (5+ years) with experience in fiduciary litigation and estate planning to join our tax team. This position will involve:

  • Assisting with fiduciary litigation cases
  • Creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters

Requirements

  • Strong academic background
  • Stellar interpersonal skills
  • The ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • The aptitude to work in a team environment
  • Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills
  • A strong candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize tasks in a high stress environment
  • Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus

$237,500 - $285,000 (if based in Colorado)
