Fiduciary Litigation Associate (5+ years); Private Client practice: Denver, Salt Lake City, & Jackson Hole
About the role
Holland & Hart's Private Client Group is seeking a mid- to senior level attorney (5+ years) with experience in fiduciary litigation and estate planning to join our tax team. This position will involve:
- Assisting with fiduciary litigation cases
- Creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals
- Collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters

Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Stellar interpersonal skills
- The ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- The aptitude to work in a team environment
- Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills
- A strong candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize tasks in a high stress environment
- Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus
