About the role
Join our team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA). This first-of-its-kind experience supercharges your early career growth at Fidelity with personalized development, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business areas. Currently, this role is required to be onsite for one week (all 5 days) out of every four weeks. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
Schedule
Full-time onsite working model with phased rollout. One week (Monday–Friday) onsite every four weeks.
