OVERVIEW: The Fiberglass Technician is responsible for the structural and cosmetic repair of fiberglass and gel-coat to industry standard. KEY TASKS: Perform gel coat/paint cosmetic repairsAble to color match gel coatFollows manufacturer’s warranty procedures and guidelines for all repairsPerform structural repairsMaintains finishes to industry standardsKnowledge of bottom repairs and painting proceduresComplete repair work utilizing service scheduler and SSO’s within the established timeframesFollows all procedures pertaining to safety and personal protection equipmentMaintain a clean and environmentally safe work areaEnsure quality of all work doneMaintain inventory and materialsOther duties as assigned KEY RESULT AREAS: Internal/External Customer satisfaction/ FANSTimely and accurate completion of workMaintain a minimum number of comebacksSafe work practices
