About the role
The Fiber Optic Splicing Technician (Experienced) is responsible for performing fiber optic splicing tasks in a high-quality environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform fiber optic splicing tasks using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Ensure all splices meet industry standards and are of high quality.
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in fiber optic splicing.
- Proficiency in using fiber optic splicing tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of fiber optic network design and installation practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
