Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with regulatory and quality control requirements
- Communicate and manage project expectations
- Manage multiple stakeholders
- Anticipate and solve any issues that may arise
- Develop progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and company leadership
- Conduct post-project analysis and define successes and areas for improvement
- Oversee contractors
- Locating utility lines while continuing to grow in the area
Skills
- Time management
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications field (preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
- Project management experience
- Class E License (desired but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in fiber design and fiber splicing (preferred)
