FF Food and Beverage Team Member $16.50

Seeking candidates with availability to work weekend evenings, both Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 2PM Responsible for cooking, prepping, and serving quality products in an efficient manner. Overall, this position plays a key part in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring cleanliness, delivering an exceptional guest experience while enforcing all park policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Abide by Six Flags cooking and/or serving standards.Work in a fast-paced environment to meet company goalsGreet each guest with a friendly, professional attitudePerform basic cleaning procedures in any locationUpsell Drink Bottles and other company dining programs in every transactionEnforce all Six Flags policies & proceduresAdhere to park attendance and break policies outlined in the Team Member HandbookAdhere to park grooming standards (non-slip shoes preferred but not required) Assist in other areas within the Food and Beverage Operations Department Skills and Qualifications Minimum Age 16Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with othersDemonstrate effective communication and decision-making skillsBe able to work independently with little supervisionAbility to work, stand and walk for up to 7 hours at a time in all weather conditions
