About the role
The FF&E Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for developing FF&E concepts, selecting furniture, finishes, and accessories, and preparing detailed specifications and schedules for multifamily, student housing, commercial, and other projects.
- Collaborate with project teams on space planning
- Produce and update construction drawings in Revit/AutoCAD
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained through installation
- Attend client and internal meetings
- Assist with presentation boards and digital presentations
- Support site visits and punch lists to verify quality and consistency
- Close coordination with Crosby Decor Solutions to align design selections with procurement, budget, and timeline requirements
Qualifications
- Strong interior design skills with experience in FF&E selection, specification, and documentation
- Proficiency in space planning and furniture layout to support functional, code-compliant interiors
- Understanding of architecture and building systems to integrate design solutions within project constraints
- Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings, preferably using Revit 2020 and AutoCAD
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in multifamily, student housing, or commercial projects is highly beneficial
- Strong visual communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
