About the role

You will be the first and (for the immediate future) only non-technical person on the team. You will be in charge of everything related to growth and community, including social media, SEO, ads, content, and more.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a growth strategy
• Manage social media campaigns
• Optimize SEO for better online visibility
• Create and manage advertising campaigns
• Develop and curate content for various platforms

Requirements

• Semi-technical background (e.g., writing Python scripts)
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive growth and community engagement
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
• Experience with content creation and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
