Responsibilities

• Works safely with commercial lawn and landscaping equipment
• Maintains consistent production schedules

Requirements

• Passes a 100-question multiple-choice test to become a certified and licensed Pesticide Operator
• Able to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays
• Clean driving record required for higher paying crew leader positions
• Ability to read and understand English language
• Works safely with commercial lawn equipment
• Gets along well with others
• Punctual - drug-free
• Can lift 50-75 pounds
• Does not have allergic reactions to dust, dirt, etc.
• Capable of working outdoors in hot and cold conditions

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and passionate about outdoor work
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
