About the role

DynaServ is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Ground Maintenance Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of client properties through landscaping, irrigation, and other related services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the appearance of client properties through landscaping, irrigation, and other related services.
• Ensure all work adheres to company standards and client specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with lawn care, tree trimming, and mulching.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and plumbing.
• Understanding of plant identification and care.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
