About the role

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient coordination, case management, and treatment
• Providing counseling and emotional support to patients and families
• Educating patients on procedures and injection administration

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with at least one year of clinical RN experience
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Strong customer service skills and self-motivation
• Fertility or IVF experience is a plus; training provided
