Fertility Nurse Case Manager Float

About the role

The Fertility Nurse Case Manager Float position is available at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves coordinating, managing, and educating patients throughout their fertility treatment plans. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Maintain oversight of patients throughout treatment plans, offering guidance and education
• Communicate physician orders and laboratory results, interpreting and explaining them appropriately
• Create a supportive environment by providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services in patient and department records

Requirements

• RN certification required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• Experience in IVF/Fertility and women's health preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Highly responsive to requests

Qualifications and Skills

• Current state RN license required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong customer service and results-oriented attitude
• Highly responsive to requests

Pay

$70,000 to $82,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
