Ferraro's Assistant Manager - Full time

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Ferraro’s Assistant Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Ferraro’s Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fining Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You Bring

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• Two years previous experience in as an assistant manager position in Banquets or other Food & Beverage outlets.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Schedule & Hours: Full time. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
