Ferghana Investment Partners – Associate / Senior Associate – Opportunistic Credit

Position Summary

Work across the full deal lifecycle (underwriting, structuring, and closing) on opportunistic, non-sponsored credit investments. New-deal execution is the center of gravity. You’ll model complex capital structures, evaluate downside protection, prepare investment committee materials, and engage directly with management teams, advisors, and counsel. Portfolio work happens, but it’s not the primary focus of the seat.
