FERC Reporting Analyst

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This role does not follow a traditional employment model. You will leverage your expertise in energy regulation, rate case analysis, and regulatory reporting to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of regulatory processes and energy finance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in energy regulation, rate analysis, or regulatory compliance, including roles such as Regulatory Analyst or Rate Case Analyst, FERC Reporting Analyst, or equivalent positions in the energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: SAPO, Oracle MDM, Power BI, or STR.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
