It is very important that the individual can follow all safety rules and regulations. The position we are looking to fill is in our panel manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment
• Manually build fence panels and gates
• Follow all safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Good mathematical skills
• Willing and able to work in all types of weather environments (cold, hot, rain)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to communicate effectively (clear command of the English language)
• Willing to learn and have the ambition to advance when opportunity arises
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an extended period of time
• Team player
• Flexible – willing and available to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow directions and understand when to ask questions
• Ability to identify problems and communicate issues effectively
• Ability to learn the different lumber sizes, grades, and treatments
• Ability to identify the correct end tags required to pull for the production run
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs
