Fence Installer
Job Responsibilities
- Aid in the installation of various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
- Perform tasks such as digging post holes, setting or driving posts, and assembling rails and pickets.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2-4 members under the guidance of the Lead Installer.
- Operate power tools and equipment necessary for fence installation safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, handling materials appropriately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or a related physical labor field.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions.
- Competitive hourly wage with potential for overtime.
