FEMSA (Fomento Económico Mexicano) is a Mexican multinational beverage and retail conglomerate headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. It operates the world's largest Coca-Cola bottling franchise (Coca-Cola FEMSA), the OXXO convenience store chain (Latin America's largest), and other retail and logistics businesses across 10+ countries.

Servicios Aéreos Regiomontanos (SARSA), FEMSA's aviation subsidiary, was established over 50 years ago. SARSA operates a fleet of 3 corporate aircraft with an average age of 5.6 years, including a Gulfstream G600 (XA-FEM) and a Gulfstream G280 (XA-FMX). The fleet is based at Monterrey International Airport (MMMY) and serves FEMSA's extensive Latin American operations, with approximately 120 annual flights to the United States.

SARSA is IS-BAO Stage III and SMS Stage 4 certified, holds FAA commercial operator authorization, and formed a joint venture with Jet Mach in 2022 to expand its aviation management capabilities.
