About the role

As a Female Spa Attendant, you will be the heart and soul of our guests' experiences, greeting them with a warm smile and exceptional service. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique stories and needs, you will craft unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, tidy, and sanitary at all times.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Pay

$13.25 per hour (plus automatic gratuity).
