Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Spa Attendant at Hilton Waikoloa Village, you’ll ensure a clean and relaxing spa environment while delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay special. This part‑time position is located at a 62‑acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s scenic Kohala Coast, offering an immersive island experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude; respond promptly to requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize spa areas—including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment—in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
• Observe spa activity and report any concerns to maintain a safe, relaxing environment.
• Accurately handle guest payments using the point‑of‑sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit/debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards.
• Perform general duties and provide support to the spa team to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cash‑handling experience.
• At least six months of customer‑service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment.

Schedule

Classification: Part‑Time

Shift pattern: Various – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
