GYMGUYZ brings expert personal training directly to clients in their homes, apartment gyms, workplaces, parks, and communities throughout San Francisco and Marin. We specialize in helping busy professionals, active adults, seniors, and individuals recovering from injury build strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term health.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a mature, experienced female fitness professional who enjoys working with professional women, active adults, and clients navigating life transitions such as menopause, injury recovery, and healthy aging. This is an ideal opportunity for a trainer, Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, corrective exercise specialist, wellness coach, or fitness professional looking to grow with a premium concierge fitness brand.
Requirements
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
- Experience working with women 40+
- Experience with active aging clients
- Experience with mobility, orthopedic limitations, joint replacement, or post-rehab populations
- Pilates, yoga, corrective exercise, or functional movement experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout San Francisco and Marin
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional but preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
