Fellowships

College and Graduate School Student Fellowships SPUR has officially closed fellowship applications for Summer 2026, but you’re welcome to submit your materials for future consideration. SPUR fellowships offer mentorship, flexibility, hands-on experience, the opportunity to publish and present original research, and access to SPUR’s large network of civic organizations, policymakers, and business leaders. SPUR offers a stipend of up to $2,000 per summer fellow, with the expectation that fellows will work approximately 20 hours per week for about 4 weeks, averaging $25/hour. We also accept applications from students with external funding from their college/university or another institution, which could be part-time or full-time, depending on the amount offered. If you have any questions, please contact us at fellows@spur.org.
