- On-site CLIA-certified histology laboratory with two cryostats and technicians
- Fully equipped Ambulatory Surgery Center with four surgical suites & an operating room
- Payor mix: Medicare 30%, Commercial 70%
- Highly competitive percentage-of-collections compensation: 40%
- Health insurance: (medical, vision, dental), malpractice coverage 1M/5M, CME allowance $5,000, 401(k) with employer match, licensing reimbursement, professional dues, vacation 4 weeks
- Relocation assistance & signing bonus in proportion to location and experience
Requirements
- Candidates must be fellowship-trained in Mohs micrographic surgery and board certified/eligible
