Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a FEHA Employment Attorney in its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates must have at least three years of substantial employment litigation experience, including FEHA and Wage & Hour claims. This position requires excellent analytical, research, writing and verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service. Candidates must have solid knowledge of the applicable law, including counseling and litigation, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including FEHA and Wage & Hour claims
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Counsel clients on employment law issues
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions

Requirements

• At least three years of substantial employment litigation experience, including FEHA and Wage & Hour claims
• Excellent analytical, research, writing and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to client service
• Solid knowledge of the applicable law, including counseling and litigation
• Ability to handle a case from inception

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California
