What you’ll doCarry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after weekComplete comprehensive feeding and swallowing evaluations and share findings with families in plain languageProvide one-on-one 30-minute feeding therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescenceBuild individualized feeding plans for each kid — oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime successPrepare developmentally appropriate materials and food items tailored to each child’s medical, sensory, and nutritional needsDocument sessions in our EMR with accuracy and careCommunicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesCoordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT so every kid gets one connected planCreate a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first Why this role at Oaklin LanePay tied to the work itself. You earn $100 per evaluation and $50 per 30-minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.A four-day clinic week. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions. Feeding sessions run 30 minutes, so your day is built in clean, predictable blocks.Benefits that come with the role.
